Distalmotion adheres to the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all its operations globally, including but not limited to the Advanced Medical Technology Association Code (AdvaMed Code), and the guidance issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Inspector General and by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

All employees, directors, officers, agents, consultants, and related parties of Distalmotion are required to comply with the ethical and legal standards set forth in applicable policies and programs, as well as applicable laws and regulations in each country in which Distalmotion operates. To ensure that these expectations are met, Distalmotion has developed, implemented, and will continue to update a comprehensive set of compliance policies and procedures to facilitate and enforce legal, ethical, and compliance interactions as part of its business practices.

Report

All Distalmotion employees, directors, officers, agents, consultants, and related parties are required to report suspected violations of a federal health program or FDA requirements. If you have any compliance concerns or complaints, please contact: compliance@distalmotion.com.

If a complaint is received, the supervisory officer will investigate without delay and, if necessary, take appropriate corrective action to remedy the problem and take corrective action. 

Physician Payments Reporting

By collaborating with healthcare professionals and organizations in the development, clinical use, and training for safe and effective use of Distalmotion products, Company may make payments to physicians and other covered beneficiaries, including consulting fees related to product development, service fees for the provision of medical education, food and beverages, travel and accommodation expenses, and research-related payments. In compliance with global transparency regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Physicians Payments Act (Sunshine Act), we disclose all relevant financial relationships and transfers of value to healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations.
